Es ist einfach ein tolles Gefühl, wenn es gelingt, den einzigartigen Spirit eines Unternehmens in einer klaren Botschaft zu verdichten und Mitarbeiter wie auch Kandidaten davon zu begeistern. Deshalb freue ich mich auch sehr für Cassandra, die als Teamlead Employer Branding & Culture Personios ureigene Arbeitgebermarke entwickeln und aus der Taufe heben durfte. Warum sie bei diesem spannenden Projekt sozusagen Hebamme, Detektivin, Analystin, Regisseurin und natürlich HR-Profi in Personalunion war, schildert sie mir in unserem gemeinsamen RecruitingCONNECT Talk. # Inhalt [1. Weiterbilden, inspirieren, Wissen teilen: Unsere Webinare zum kostenlosen Nachhören](https://www.talentry.com/de/ressourcen/blog/arbeitgebermarke-erfolgreich-aufbauen/#a2)   ### Am Anfang war das Wort Viel mehr als die Zustimmung des Managements, dass eine aussagekräftige Arbeitgebermarke notwendig sei, um das Unternehmen weiterhin auf der Erfolgsspur zu halten, hatte Cassandra jedoch nicht als Arbeitsgrundlage. Employer Branding von Null auf Hundert also. Wo fängt man da an? Statt sich in kreativen Einzelmaßnahmen zu verzetteln, ging Cassandra strukturiert vor: Die EVP musste definiert werden. Dann folgten ein klares Positioning Statement und in der Essenz ein Claim, der dem Unternehmen wie angegossen passt. Eine Karriereseite wurde geschaffen, die von der ersten Sekunde an Lust auf mehr macht – nicht zuletzt dank des authentischen und sympathischen Contents mit den eigenen Mitarbeitern in den Hauptrollen. Indem sie mögliche Candidate Journeys rekonstruierte, fand Cassandra alle wichtigen Touch-Points mit der Zielgruppe und stimmte Maßnahmen und Aktivitäten effizient darauf ab.   ### Weiterbilden, inspirieren, Wissen teilen: Unsere Webinare zum kostenlosen Nachhören Ein halbes Jahr hat es gedauert vom Startschuss bis zum Launch von Personios Arbeitgebermarke. Rückblickend rät Cassandra, sich Zeit zu nehmen – um auszuprobieren, auszuwerten und lieber eine Feedbackschleife mehr zu drehen. Denn die Employer Brand darf kein Kompromiss sein. Sie muss hundertprozentig passen.
