Talentry’s new partner programme is aimed at companies looking to expand their HR portfolio
Munich, September 26, 2018. Talentry, solution provider for digital recruiting and employer branding, announces a new technology partnership: Lumesse provides talent acquisitions solutions that enable organizations to attract, hire and integrate the best candidates. With Talentry, Lumesse customers will be able to access additional talent pools, fill open positions faster and provide digital employer branding support. The technology partnership marks the launch of Talentry’s new partner programme, aiming to build an international network of technology partners and resellers. As part of this, Talentry will also be joining the Lumesse Talent Acquisition Marketplace, an eco-system of leading recruiting technologies and services available to Lumesse customers.
“To fill vacancies quickly and efficiently, organizations need access to new talent pools where they can promote their employer brand,” explains Carl Hoffmann, CEO of Talentry. “An organization’s own employees are particularly helpful for this because they have a wide network of potential candidates, while providing a much more authentic effect than traditional employer-branding campaigns do.” This is where Talentry comes into play: With ‘Talentry Jobs’, a digital employee referral platform, employees become recruiters by sharing job offers on their social networks and referring potential candidates. Personal contacts can be transformed into talent pools with just a few clicks. The ‘Talentry Stories’ module further allows content such as videos or blog posts to be shared in order to drive increased engagement. Because this content is linked to relevant job offers, it in turn generates additional job applications.
Talentry will be fully integrated into Lumesse’s existing recruitment platform. Because Talentry and Lumesse solutions are available in a variety of languages and Talentry also supports country-specific social networks outside Germany, Talentry and Lumesse solutions can be used by customers worldwide. Companies such as Henkel and Avaloq already use Talentry internationally.
“The market for digital recruiting solutions is growing unabated,” says Nicole Wern, Head of Sales EMEA – Talent Acquisition at Lumesse. “According to Larocque market researchers, approximately $1.33 billion was invested in HR software in the first half of 2018 – more than in 2017 as a whole. Together with Talentry, we will actively shape this market.”
Talentry’s new partner programme distinguishes between technology partners and resellers. Technology partners usually have interfaces or content overlaps with Talentry’s solution and come from the HR industry, for example. They recommend Talentry and generate demand.
Reseller partners receive training and marketing material from Talentry to independently sell, implement and operate the software for new and existing customers. Resellers benefit from additional recurring margins and can not only expand their portfolio with Talentry, but also retain customers with complementary solutions.
