Zudem bleiben laut einer LinkedIn Studie Mitarbeiter ihrem Arbeitgeber um 41 Prozent länger treu, wenn dieser ein funktionierendes Programm für internes Recruiting hat. Wer seinen Mitarbeitern also neue Herausforderungen und Perspektiven für die eigene berufliche Entwicklung bietet, profitiert nachweislich von deren Motivation und Loyalität. Wie gesagt, eigentlich eine einfache Sache – gäbe es da nicht diese Stolpersteine…  # Inhalt [1.
